The addition of the Hollister courthouse for the Superior Court of San Benito County to downtown Hollister, Calif. is one that the local community can call its own. Not only does the 41,500-square foot courthouse stand as a beacon in downtown, but its design also engages the public in a way that creates openness and transparency for a community that once lacked a town center. And that’s exactly how the community wants it.  Kitchell served as the general contractor for this project.

Kitchell completes first phase of Scottsdale Bible Church renovations

Kitchell recently completed the first phase in transforming the Scottsdale Bible Church campus at Shea Blvd. and 76th Street. The work included construction of Grace Chapel, which serves as the “front door” to the entire 18-acre campus, as well as the Special Ministries classrooms and the Student Center. In addition, Kitchell remodeled administration areas, a large bathroom and a kitchen.
