$30 million health campus breaks ground in Glendale

Kitchell broke ground on a $30 million health campus in Glendale on March 10, which starts with a 16,000-square-foot medical office condo project,  expected to be completed this fall. The 200,000-square-foot campus will offer a full continuum of care through partnerships with health care providers, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, education and research institutions. In addition to the medical office condos, the master-planned community is expected to encompass community medicine, surgery centers, long-term care operators and skilled nursing.

Phoenix Children’s Hospital breaks ground on $60M project

Phoenix Children’s Hospital broke ground today on a $60 million project that will include a $40 million emergency department and a Level 1 pediatric trauma center. The center will accommodate 100,000 patients, up from PCH’s existing capacity of 22,000 patients. Kitchell will serve as the general contractor on the project.
