Kitchell’s Division Scheduler Bob Stephens recently received certification from the AACE International, a member-driven organization which serves the cost engineering profession, and is now a certified planning and scheduling professional (PSP).

Stephens is one of only 817 PSP accredited members worldwide and the second at Kitchell (Scheduling Director Hannah Schumacher is the other).

Certification is given to specialists who meet a demanding set of planning and scheduling criteria, pass a rigorous eight-hour examination, have at least eight years of experience, and meet educational and ethical qualifications.
