Kitchell proudly announces the appointment of Tony Mirenda as Executive Director to lead its South Bay practice. Tony brings more than 40 years of general contracting and construction management expertise in the region.
In this new role, Tony will focus on client success and lead the continued growth of Kitchell’s education, civic, healthcare and affordable housing portfolio. His strategic insights and leadership will further cement Kitchell’s dedication to excellence, innovation and community impact.
A well-respected business leader, Tony is deeply engaged in the South Bay community, having chaired the Santa Clara County Construction Careers Association (S4CA) as well as the San Jose Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and Board.

His portfolio includes spearheading prominent award winning projects including the Casa del Pueblo Senior HUD Housing Seismic Strengthening and Renovation, the Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph Seismic Strengthening and Renovation, and the Old County Courthouse Repair and Rehabilitation all in San Jose, CA.
